Deadline for Application: June 1, 2024
Application must be approved and payment – if required - received before space is reserved. Festival will assign spaces before set up. Fees are non-refundable.
Vendor Space Sizes and Fees
10' x 10': $75
10' x 20': $100
20' x 20': $150
Food Vendors: $100 REFUNDABLE deposit, refunded upon close of the Festival on July 28.
Fees: 10% of gross sales
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must clean their own area after close of the Festival. If your space is not cleaned by 10 pm July 28, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. All garbage must be removed.
Vendors must staff their space for both days. Leaving early or arriving late will not be permitted.
Vendors must provide their own shelters, signage, tables, chairs and equipment. A LIMITED AMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE – please indicate on your application if required.
Vendors are responsible for any applicable licenses or fines incurred for any city violations and insurance. Proof of insurance must be submitted with application.
Festival Will Provide
Space assignments; trash receptacles; parking spaces, if required (see above); electricity if requested (on a limited as-available basis); overnight security at the Festival site. Set up times and information will be forwarded upon acceptance of your application.
